The HRTC Initiative was a large-scale, modular training program designed to support HR Assistants (HRAs) and HR Specialists (HRSs) through role-based certification pathways.
Audience: HRAs, HRSs
Role: Instructional Designer
Delivery: Modular VILT
HR professionals required structured, scalable training that supported progression from foundational to advanced knowledge.
We developed a modular certification framework organized into leveled pathways, delivered through structured VILT sessions with supporting facilitator and participant guides.
I partnered closely with SMEs to develop presentation materials aligned to predetermined core competencies, organizing content into clearly defined foundational, intermediate, and advanced pathways. Throughout development, I conducted instructional integrity reviews and incorporated SME feedback to ensure accuracy, instructional soundness, accessibility, and cohesion across modules.
Once the presentations were finalized, I developed comprehensive facilitator and participant guides to ensure alignment between content, delivery, and intended learning outcomes.
