A combination of structured learning and performance support that allowed users to learn the process and reference it as needed.
Process
Process
I began by reviewing system workflows and identifying opportunities to improve clarity and usability. In collaboration with SMEs, I clarified process requirements and compliance expectations to ensure accuracy.
From there, I broke complex workflows into clear, task-based steps and developed a self-paced eLearning presentation and a concise job aid for just-in-time reference.
The materials were deployed to the organization's LMS to support independent, self-paced learning.
